Decofill Acrylic Sealants is a white acrylic based gap filler in paste form for application from a cartridge. It is very quick and easy to apply and can be finished or smoothed off with a spatula or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and will accept paint or wallpaper finishes. Typical uses for Decofill acrylic sealant are gaps between skirtings, window and door frames, fitted furniture units and ceiling cornices and adjacent plaster work. Where replacement windows are installed Decofill acrylic sealant can be used to make good between new frames and interior plaster work.

Renderoc CS Sealing Crack is a crack sealing cementitious material in powder form. It is easy to apply and can be finished or smoothened off with a putty blade or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings

Renderoc FC is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry powders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent cementitious mortar. Renderoc FC exhibits excellent thermal compatibility with concrete, and is fully compatible with other Renderoc*† mortars.

Sunanda Polyfill Ar Elastomeric Acrylic Crack Filler is pure acrylic, polymer modified ready to use paste. It is specially formulated crack repair material with auto suction property.

Use:

• Crack filler for plasters, IPS, cement sand screeds and non-structural cracks.

• One pack easy to use, non-shrink, impermeable system.
• No bonding coat or curing is required.
• Excellent flexibility and good resistant to UV rays.

Other Details:

• An acrylic Co-polymer emulsion (elongation 600 %), used to form on-site seamless, cross-linked, elastomenric membrane on the concrete. The Acrylic composition ensures excellent UV stability and high strength.

Application Method:

• Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, loose particles, oil & grease. Allow it to dry completely.
• Using a cutter, open up the cracks / gaps to form a V shaped groove. This will help proper application of Seal-it and ensure strong adhesion with the substrate.
• Clean the crack / gap groove thoroughly. Remove all loose particles.
• For best results : Flood the cracks / gaps with Zycosil solution (1 part Zycosil+, 2 parts Zycoprime+ and 20 parts water). Let it
• dry for 6-8 hours. This ensures that the cracks / gaps are now internally waterproofed.
• Apply Seal-it with a spatula / hand, and push it hard in the cracks / gaps (upto 5 mm width) as deep as possible.

Feviseal HY 100 is one component moisture curing, low modulus silyl modified polymer sealant. Feviseal HY 100 is a new generation isocyanate-solvent free sealant that brings together all the mechanical properties of polyurethane and silicone sealant.

• internal & external surface cracks on plaster upto 10 mm width.
