Selsil Ultra Clear cryastalline Hybrid Sealant is a perfecttly transparent, elastic, highly thixotropic adhesive. Ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications. paintable. Does not shrink. Does not contain solvents, siliconesvand isocyanetes. Srong adhesion on many surfaces. Does not foam with moisture. Does not require primer. Compliant with specification requirements for VOC content. Excellent adhesive power even without primer on all of the most common materials such as aluminium, zinc, galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper, stone, concrete, bricks etc. Perfect for application as transparent and elastic bonding in the construction field.

Nitoseal PU 40 One Part Building Sealant is a one part, low modulus gun-grade elastomeric sealant based on polyurethane technology.  Nitoseal PU40 may be applied to joints between 5 and 35mm wide. 

• To minimise stress imposed on the joint sealant, all moving joints should be designed to an optimum width to depth ratio of 2:1 with an overriding minimum depth 5mm for nonporous surfaces and 10mm for porous surfaces. For joint widths exceeding 35mm, please contact your local Fosroc Technical Service Department.
• Nitoseal PU40  is suitable for sealing joints in concrete, brickwork, blockwork, precast panel joints, stone cladding, perimeter sealing around doors and windows, and nontrafficked floor joints.

Selsil Fire sealant is a mastic based on sodium silicate and with its special formulation, it is designed to withstand up to 1500C. Purpose designed for sealing and assembling stovs, ovens, barbecues. Fast hardening, low odor, solvent free and no cracking. Excellant adhesion to most porous building materials and metals.

Cemshield PS GG & PG Grout is a two component fuel resistant elastomeric joint sealant based on liquid Polysulphide resin and catalyst.

Construction (AP) One-part Polyurethane Elastic Adhesive Sealant is a one-part, moisture curing, elastic joint sealant suitable for movement and connection joints.

FEVISEAL WEATHERPROOF PRO is a one-part, medium modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant for use in new or remedial weatherproofing applications. In addition to the unique features of silicone rubber such as superior high and low temperatures resistance, water resistance, and outstanding weatherability, Feviseal weatherproof Pro also provides excellent adhesion to glass, metal and numerous construction materials. 

FEVISEAL NEUTRAL PRO a one part Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant is a non-slump, moisture-curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) that cures to form a tough, low modulus rubber for long-term flexibility and durability. The neutral curing mechanism is ideally suited for use in confined work areas since no objectionable odours are evolved.

Dr. Fixit Silicone Sealant is an acetoxy cure, high modulus and single component silicone sealant. When properly cured, it becomes a permanently elastic compound. It has excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics and sanitary ware etc.

Precautions & Limitations
} Do not use in fish tanks and food industries.
} Do not use for structural glazing application } Not to be used where over coating of painting to be done.
} Do not use for filling gaps on masonry & cementitious surfaces.
} Not for application requiring architectural sealant. 

Selsil Ultra Flex adhesive is a one component, moisture curing, high-performance adhesive based on hybrid polymers. Selsil Ultra Flex is suitable for mounting and pasting of materials such as metal, aluminium, glass, plastic, wood and concrete with each other ( it is not recommended to use in PMMA and polycarbonate type materials and there is no adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon), silicons and bituminous substrates).

Bostik Build is a high quality neutral curing, low modulus 100% silicone sealant that provides a permanent flexible, durable, watertight seal for general purpose sealing. It exhibits excellent adhesion to alkaline surfaces such as concrete, fibrous cement, mortar, and plaster.
