Sikaflex®-221 is a multi-purpose 1-component polyurethane adhesive / sealant that bonds well to a wide variety of substrates like metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2- component systems), ceramic materials and plastics. It is suitable for making permanent elastic seals.

• Used to seal the connection joints, window and door frames and precast concrete elements
• MULTI-SUPPORT : Good adhesion to most construction materials such as concrete, masonry, most stones, ceramic, wood, metals, glass, plastic and PVC
• Suitable for gluing gutters, drip trays, flashings, and connection joints
• Good ageing resistance and weathering resistance
• Isocyanate and solvent free - Low odour

• To minimise stress imposed on the joint sealant, all moving joints should be designed to an optimum width to depth ratio of 2:1 with an overriding minimum depth 5mm for nonporous surfaces and 10mm for porous surfaces. For joint widths exceeding 35mm, please contact your local Fosroc Technical Service Department.
• Nitoseal PU40  is suitable for sealing joints in concrete, brickwork, blockwork, precast panel joints, stone cladding, perimeter sealing around doors and windows, and nontrafficked floor joints.
