Nitocote CM210 two-component polymer modified cementitious coating is supplied in pre-packaged form. Dr.Fixit Heatshield Coating is a white, light-stable and weatherproof, elastomeric acrylic coating. It is used as a waterproofing and heat insulating coating on roofs and exterior walls resulting in substantial reductions in power consumption, due to its low thermal conductivity and good SRI value. Dr. Fixit Heatshield contains insulating glass micro-spheres. Within the dry film these form a closely packed airspace with low thermal conductivity leading to reduced heat transfer. This keeps buildings cooler by reducing the conduction of heat from exterior to interior spaces. Dr. Fixit Heatshield has been tested to ASTM E-903; Standard Test Method for Solar Absorbance, Reflectance, and Transmittance of Materials Using Integrating Spheres.

Fosroc Nitoproof 600PF Waterproofing Membrane is a single component pitch free PU based liquid polyurethane. Dr. Fixit Torchshield Primer is a solvent based bitumen modified primer conforming to ASTM D/41, to be used to seal and prepare the substrate prior to the installation of the Dr. Fixit Torchshield torch-on and Dr. Fixit Samshield, self adhesive membranes. In addition to that, it also acts as a binder for the dust particles which gets accumulated on the concrete surface even after cleaning.

Conplast Crystalline is a powder form with perfect blend of Portland cement with other ingredients. Crystalline chemicals Integral waterproofi ng admixture based on crystalline formation to produce water tight concrete. page 1 of 2 react with water in concrete to form crystals structure in the tiny capillaries. These insoluble crystals structure that clogs tthe pores. This process continues until all the chemicals have reacted. 

Conbextra EP300 is a low exotherm material which is particularly suitable where long working time is needed; for large gaps (up to 300 mm) or for grouting at high ambient temperatures (up to 55°C). It is ideal for patch repair of internal and external walls as well as temporary patch repair of roofs. Sika SBR Latex Based Multipurpose Polymer is a synthetic rubber emulsion which when added to cement slurry/ cement mortar/concrete/grout provides good adhesion and water resistance. It comes in the form of a milky liquid.

Dr. Fixit Krystalline is a cementitious, brush applied, waterproofing treatment for concrete. When it is mixed with water & applied to concrete, it penetrates into the concrete mass protecting against the passage of water. Dr. Fixit Krystalline reacts chemically to form billions of needles like crystals which block the pores, voids & micro cracks in concrete. Pre saturation & subsequent re-wetting of the surface will cause deeper diffusion of the organic chemicals & formation of crystals at greater depth. It may take from seven days to one month to reach its maximum waterproofing capability, depending on the thickness of concrete. Environmental factors such as ambient temperature, density of concrete, moisture present & weather conditions all can affect the timing of sealing process. Under dry conditions, Dr. Fixit Krystalline lies dormant. However it becomes reactive whenever it is re-exposed to moisture. Dr. Fixit Krystalline contains active waterproofing chemicals which react with moisture and anhydrates cement in the concrete, creating insoluble crystalline complexes which seal the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks. They penetrate even against strong hydrostatic pressure, becoming an integral part of the concrete. The waterproofing chemicals remain active for the life of the structure, permanently sealing it from water penetration.

Fosroc Nitocote EP 405 Base Resin is used for lining and waterproofi ng potable water retaining structures and surfaces subject to contact with food stuffs. The cured fi lm is resistant to corrosion, chemical attack and abrasion and is suitable for application to reservoirs, tanks, silos, water treatment works, breweries, dairies, meat and food processing plants. Dr. Fixit Dampguard is a two-component coating composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, inert pigments & properly selected fine fillers, additives in water as a medium. It has an advantage of dilution with water for application over cementitious surfaces.
