Superplasticiser Admixture

Conplast SP430IJM Superplasticising Slump Retaining Admixture is a dark brown liquid based on a blend of specially selected organic polymers. The plasticising action of Conplast SP430 SRV enables the production of high workability concrete, which maintains the workability for prolonged periods even at high ambient temperatures.

Fosroc Conplast 430 SP DIS Superplasticising Admixture is used where a high degree ofworkability is required and also as an aid to workabilityretention where delays in transportation or placing are likelyor when high ambient temperatures cause rapid slump loss.To facilitate production of high quality concrete of improveddurability and water tightness.

Polytancrete NGT Super Plasticising Admixture is a polymeric liquid admixture, useful for increasing the strength ofconcrete or mortar by reducing the water content of the mix. It is also useful for modifying andimproving several properties of fresh or hardened concrete.

POLYTANCRETE NGT reduces the water/ cement ratio considerably while maintaining the workability.

Instructions for use:

• Calculate the gauging water, by 10% to 25% volume reduction. 
• Polytancrete NGT is water soluble and is to be added to the gauging water i.e. water to be mixed in the concrete /mortar.
• Add 150 ml to 400 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement depending upon requirements of slump or workability of concrete. Use 150 ml per 50 kg bag of cement for waterproof plaster.
• It is desirable to have trial mixes to assess the actual effect of the ingredients under field conditions.

Confirms to ASTMC – 494 Type F and IS 9103 for chemical admixture.

Packing
1, 5, 20, 200 ltrs. HDPE containers.

Storage and Shelf life
It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original containers in a cool, dry place.

Auramix 200 is a unique combination of the latest generation superplasticisers , based on special polymers with long lateral chains. At the start of the mixing process this special polymers develop an electrostatic repulsion which greatly improves separation and dispersion of cement particles .This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flowable concrete. Auramix 200 combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability retention. Auramix 200 is a strong superplasticiser allowing production of consistent concrete properties around the required dosage.

Conplast P211 is a chloride free water-reducing admixture based on selected sugar-reduced lignosulphonates. It is supplied as a brown solution which instantly disperses in water. Conplast P211 disperses the fine particles in the concrete mix, enabling the water content of the concrete to perform more effectively and improving the consistency of the concrete. This produces higher levels of workability for the same water content, allowing benefits such as water reduction and increased strengths to be taken.
