Sika Cool Coat Primer is a versatile water-based primer comprising of self-crosslinking  acrylic emulsion polymer & additives in water as a medium. This primer can be used as a seal coat for various water based Sika products like Sika® CoolCoat,  Sikagard® XT etc. and where ever green construction is desired.

Nitocote SN 522 Non Staining Water Repellent is a single component, penetrating silane-siloxane which penetrates into porous substrates and then reacts to produce a bonded water repellent lining. Although allowing water vapour to escape from the substrate, it significantly reduces the absorption of water and water-borne salts.

Dr. Fixit Repellin WR Silicone Based Water Repellent is composed of Siloxane & Silane polymers dispersed in high boiling point solvent. It is used for waterproofing of concrete & cementitious vertical walls of building because it penetrate deeply into the substrate & provides an effective water repellent protective coating. It does not changes the appearance of the substrate & the water repellant coating is uv resistant and durable.

Zydex Zycosil Waterproofing Simplified is a breathable 100% Reactive Organosilane Nano water repellant. When applied on a siliceous substrate, it penetrates deeply inside the substrate and becomes an integral part of the structure. It converts a water absorbing surface to a + + water repellant one. Zycosil is water dilutable, safe, sprayable and easy to apply. Zycosil is permanent, non-leachable & UV resistant.

Application Method:

• The substrate should be cured, dry, free from voids (honey combs). For substrates with oil, grease, fungal growth etc., clean and + dry the surface thoroughly before application. Zycosil should be diluted with potable water (TDS <1000 ppm) at a ratio of 1:20. A translucent to transparent solution should be obtained. The diluted solution should be liberally sprayed till saturation. On + vertical surfaces apply Zycosil from bottom to the top to eliminate drip marks. For doing any Screeding / Plastering / Tiles / + + Paint work on the treated surface, ZYCOPRIME (Acrylic Bonder) must be added to the Zycosil Solution.

Zydex Zycosil Max Organosilane Reactive Waterproofing is a 100% Reactive Organosilane Nano-Sealer. When applied on a siliceous substrate, it penetrates up to 3-4 mm inside the substrate and becomes an integral part of the structure. It converts the nature of the substrate from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. ZycoSil Max is water dilutable, safe, sprayable and easy to apply. ZycoSil Max acts like a 3-4 mm deep 'skin' (breathable) to your building as against a polymer or paint film that acts like a 'Band-Aid' on your Building. The peel-off issues are eliminated as ZycoSil Max is non-leachable & UV-Resistant. It has a dual property of preventing of ingress of liquid water while allowing moisture vapours to escape.
