Dr. Fixit Epoxy Injection Grout is a solvent free crack injection material composed of very low viscous liquid epoxy resin & ahardener system.

ESSRBOND GS500 is a hydrophobic grout based on polyurethane. Upon contact with water, ESSRBOND GS500 reacts to closed cell rubber-like foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not affected by wateror dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell. Depending on the pressure of injection, ESSRBOND GS500 reacts to a very dense material or foam

Two part solvent- free, low viscosity polyurethane resin system. when mixed in the proportions supplied reacts to forms a tough, slightly flexible resin. For injection into cracks in concrete or masonry, either wet or dry to form an elastic sealing. When used in conjunction with Nitofill WS60. it provides an effective system for crack sealing in wt condition.

Sika Injection 202 IN Permanent Watertight Sealing is a very low viscous, elastic and solvent-free polyurethaneinjection resin. In contact with water, a uniform, closed and therefore watertight porestructure forms, which is elastic and flexible.

• Permanently elastic, can absorb limited movements

Sika Injection-101H Flexible Water Reactive Pur-injection Foam is a low viscous, fast foaming and solvent-free water-reactive polyurethane injection foam resin, which cures to a dense flexible foam with a fine cellular structure.

Characteristics / Advantages:

• No reaction takes place unless it is in direct contact with water.
• Sika® Injection-101h can be injected as a single component system.
• The free foaming expansion in contact with water is up to 40 times.
• The reaction speed (foam formation) is influenced by the temperatures of the mixed material, the structure and the contact water, plus the hydrodynamic conditions.
• In cold temperatures (< +10°C) Sika® Injection-101h can be accelerated using Sika® Injection-AC10

Sikadur-52 Low Viscosity Injection Resin is two part, solvent-free, low viscosity injection-liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin.

Uses:

• As an injection resin with good adhesion to dry concrete, mortar, stone, steel and wood.Sikadur® -52 is used to fill and seal voids and cracks in structures such as bridges and other civil engineering buildings, industrial and residential buildings, e.g. columns, beams, foundations, walls, floors and water retaining structures.

Sikadur 53 UF Grout Moisture Insensitive Injection Resin is an epoxy based solvent free 3-component ready to use moisture insensitive pourable grout. It has been developed to meet special requirement of grouting in wet/ under water. After mixing, the liquid is poured into the cavity where it displaces the water cures to a rigid high strength material.

Dr. Fixit 229 PU Foam Injection is based on MDI (Methylene Diphenyl iso cyanate) polyurethane pre- polymer & accelerator. The system only reacts when it comes in contact with water, producing a relatively stiff & inert polyurathane foam. It is a 100% solid & solvent free polyurethane grout for quick temperrory closing & sealing of water bearing cracks, cavities and leaks under hydrostatic pressure. The systems foams to 30-40 times its volume in the presence of water & can be an effective means of arresting running water seepage.
